Gregory Groover, Chair
Reverend Dr. Gregory Groover is passionate about education, and is the father of two children who both attended BAA and Berklee. He is very knowledgeable about Boston Public Schools and is a former chair of Boston’s School Board, and the Pastor at the Historic Charles Street African Methodist Episcopal Church in Dorchester. He has served on the Board since 2017.
Lynn Cetrulo, Vice Chair
Lynn Cetrulo has been a practicing psychotherapist and psychoanalyst since 1972, graduating from University of Michigan with a BA in psychology and a minor in History of Art, and earning an MSW from Simmons School of Social Work and Certification from the Boston Analytic Society and Institute in an advanced psychoanalytic psychotherapy program. Following six years of training as a psychoanalyst, Lynn began practicing psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis in 1986. A proud mother of three children and six grandchildren, Lynn balances her professional career with various volunteer activities, including 11 years of service work at Mass General Hospital and serving on several boards in Cambridge and Newton. A resident of Cambridge, Lynn joined the board in 2017.
Susan Kahn, Treasurer
Sue Kahn is an experienced non-profit leader and corporate business development professional. Sue served as Executive Director of National Tay-Sachs & Allied Diseases Association (NTSAD), a patient advocacy group for rare diseases. Prior to NTSAD, Sue held finance and business development roles at Genzyme Genetics and Siemens Diagnostics. Sue does volunteer consulting in the Boston area. Her consulting clients have included Boston schools and music education programs. At her synagogue, Sue served as co-president and chair of the nominating and development committees. She has an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College and an undergraduate degree from Brown University. Both Sue and her husband, Dan, enjoy going to concerts and playing musical instruments. Sue plays clarinet and Dan is a violinist. Sue has been on the Conservatory Lab Board of Trustees since 2023.
Jane Feinberg, Co-Chair of the Teaching & Learning Committee
Jane is the Founder and Executive Director of Power of Place Learning Communities, a non-profit that brings together neighboring school districts for reflection, connection, deep learning, and experimentation. For much of her career, she has supported mission-driven organizations in developing their communications, engagement, learning, and leadership capacities as a foundation for driving meaningful and sustained social change. Feinberg has worked with many organizations including the Nellie Mae Foundation, New Profit, The Brazelton Touchpoints Center, and Facing History and Ourselves. She began her career as an award-winning journalist and documentary producer for programs including “The American Experience”, “Frontline”, and Channel Five’s “Chronicle”. In addition to her media work, Feinberg served as the Director of Communications and Press Secretary for the Boston Public Schools and as Senior Associate for FrameWorks Institute in Washington, D.C. Feinberg is a Summa Cum Laude/Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Minnesota, holds masters degrees from Boston University and Antioch University, and a PhD from Antioch University. She and her family live in Belmont. Jane has served on the School Board since 2021.
Susan Keller, Chair, Facilities Committee
Susan Keller has worked in the real estate business for over 40 years, having retired from Harvard University Housing in January 2020, where she was involved with Graduate Student and Faculty Housing for 30 years. As a result, she has experience in financial operations, real estate development and facility management. Prior to her real estate experience she was Co-Director of a Montessori School for five years where she developed a passion for education and learning. She also is on the Board of Family Nurturing Center which is located on Bowdoin Street in Dorchester. This program offers education and support for families in the area. Susan has an interest in the support and education for children in Boston and joined the Conservatory Lab Board in 2021.
Alexander Pham, Chair, Governance Committee
Alexander Pham serves as an Associate Director in Clinical Development Sciences at Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease, overseeing and monitoring clinical trials for the safety and efficacy of the investigational drug product being studied as a treatment for light chain amyloidosis. Before joining Alexion, Alexander made a significant contribution to pharmacovigilance, where his responsibilities included assessing adverse events and safety profiles of therapeutic drug products, along with ensuring drug safety-related regulatory compliance to support global expansion initiatives. Alexander holds a PharmD and an MBA from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and he joined the Conservatory Lab School Board in 2023.
Lisa Wong, Co-Chair of the Teaching & Learning Committee
Dr. Lisa Wong is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Harvard Medical School and a pediatrician at Milton Pediatric Associates. She is a violinist and Past President of the Longwood Symphony Orchestra, where she co-designed LSO’s signature “Healing Art of Music Program” that serves nonprofit organizations through music. She frequently teaches and lectures on the intersection of arts, health, and education. She is also the co-director of the Arts and Humanities Initiative at Harvard Medical School and co-leads a Harvard Fellowship on museum-based medical education. She serves as chair of the BPS Arts Initiative and is on several arts education boards including the Innovation Advisory Council at MassArt and the national Neuroarts Blueprint scientific committee. She is the author of Scales to Scalpels: Doctors Who Practice the Healing Arts of Music and Medicine. Lisa joined the CLCS Board of Trustees in 2014 and currently serves as a co-Chair of the Teaching and Learning Committee.
Martha Kleinman
Martha Kleinman is originally from West Hartford, Connecticut. She received a BA degree from Adelphi University, where she graduated magna cum laude and later received a degree superieur from the Universite de Dijon, France. Her career in development includes serving as Dean of the 10 person development office at Walnut Hill School and later as a consultant with The Wayland Group. She has also been an entrepreneur, having launched a successful catering business while her two children were young. Always very interested in children’s education, she was a volunteer for 7 years at a Boston Public School in the South End as a reading tutor with a program called Generations. Martha joined the Conservatory Lab Board of Trustees in 2015. Other volunteer activities have included membership on the Boards of the National Tay-Sachs and Allied Diseases Association (NTSAD), and the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute.
Danna Mauch
Danna Mauch, PhD is President and CEO of the Massachusetts Association for Mental Health (MAMH). Dr. Mauch brings organizational leadership, operations management, evaluation research, and strategic consulting experience gained in private and public sector enterprises to inform her public policy, knowledge dissemination, and legislative advocacy work for MAMH. She also serves as Court Monitor for the U.S. District Court of Western Washington, addressing reforms at the intersection of the health, disability, and criminal legal systems. Her prior service in the private sector includes ten years as Senior Fellow/Principal at Abt Associates, Inc. after service in Chief Executive roles at Comprehensive NeuroScience, Inc., Magellan Public Solutions, Inc., and Integrated Health Strategies, Inc. Dr. Mauch’s prior service includes Special Master for the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia, and State Division leadership roles at the Rhode Island Department of Mental Health, Retardation and Hospitals and the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health. Danna joined the Board of Trustees in 2022.
Jason Perry
Jason Perry is a seasoned corporate legal and governance professional with more than 15 years of experience advising public and private companies on corporate governance, securities law compliance, board operations, strategic transactions, and business initiatives. Throughout his career, he has partnered with executive leadership teams and boards of directors to strengthen governance practices, manage complex legal operations, and support organizational growth across innovative industries.\
Having benefited from exceptional educational opportunities throughout his own life, Jason is passionate about ensuring that Boston students have access to transformative learning experiences that prepare them to succeed. He is committed to advancing Conservatory Lab’s mission of combining academic excellence with music education to empower students, strengthen communities, and create pathways to lifelong success. Jason is a graduate of Nativity Preparatory School, The Roxbury Latin School, and Amherst College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Law, Jurisprudence, and Social Thought.
Kitty Pell, Founding Board Chair, Lifetime Trustee Emerita
Katharine M. Pell was the founding Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Conservatory Lab and was inducted as a non-voting Lifetime Trustee Emerita on September 24, 2019, at which time she joined the Foundation Board. She was Chairman of the Massachusetts Rate Setting Commission in the Dukakis Administration. She is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and the Harvard School of Public Health. She lives in Boston. While not a musician, she sang in the Bryn Mawr chorus and has a lifelong love of music. She is particularly interested in the inter-relationship of music and learning.
Tristen Prince
Tristen Prince is a Boston-born international benefits specialist at Lockton with over six years of experience supporting multinational organizations in designing and navigating complex employee benefit strategies across global workforces. His work focuses on business development and growth initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to create value for clients and expand the practice through operational optimization and sales enablement. Tristen’s connection to education and the arts is personal; he played the saxophone in middle and high school, participated in band, and studied music through lessons at the New England Conservatory. He has experienced firsthand the discipline, confidence, and creativity that music can instill in young people, and is proud to support organizations that bring those opportunities to students. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) Boston chapter. He holds a B.S. in Management from Northeastern University and joined the Board of Trustees in 2026. In his free time, Tristen enjoys hiking, staying active, and is a fan of Marvel movies.
Erika Sanchez
Erika Sanchez is a lifelong Boston resident who is passionate about the success of Conservatory Lab students because her children attend Conservatory Lab. She is an active member of the Family Action Network (FAN) which helps organize events for example picnics and intergenerational workshops that get other families acquainted with the school, fundraisers for specific projects, and the annual Scholastic Book Fair which promotes reading by making it possible for students to own their own books. Erika joined the Board of Trustees in 2017.
Rho Singletary
Rho Singletary is the Principal Consultant of PISM & PRIM Consulting LLC, a boutique workforce, leadership, and capacity building consulting firm that helps individuals, organizations, and communities grow with purpose. She advises nonprofit, public, and private sector leaders on executive coaching, workforce strategy, organizational development, community engagement, and youth leadership.
With more than a decade of experience spanning nonprofit leadership, corporate banking, workforce development, and strategic operations, Rho has led cross sector partnerships, strengthened organizational systems, and developed initiatives that expand access to opportunity. Prior to founding PISM & PRIM Consulting, she served as Chief of Staff at Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation, where she partnered with executive leadership to advance strategic priorities and strengthen organizational capacity.
Rho holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. A proud Boston native, she is committed to collaborative leadership, community impact, and creating sustainable pathways for growth and opportunity. Rho joined the Board in 2025.
Louvelin Vasquez
Louvelin Vasquez has a child entering first grade at the Conservatory Lab and a recent 8th-grade graduate who has been with the school, and its changes, since K1. As a dedicated parent, she is deeply committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive community within the school environment. Louvelin joined the Board of Trustees in 2026.
With an MSW in social work and a BA in psychology, Louvelin brings a passionate interest in community development and addressing critical social issues such as trauma informed clinical care and homelessness. Her background equips her with valuable insights and a compassionate perspective, which she hopes to leverage to contribute positively to the school community.
Louvelin values collaboration, empathy, and proactive community engagement, and she is eager to serve on the parent board to help create an enriching, safe, and welcoming space for all students and families.
