Allida Warn

Allida Warn is an artist and educator who weaves together experiences in teaching, the arts, information technology, and management– both corporate and not-for-profit.  Since she has both teaching and business experience, she is able to put herself into the shoes of students and teachers as she works with the development team to support the school.

Allida recently completed a Master’s in Art in Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she focused on a project called Making Visible Music, using children’s stories to teach music theory through visual art in order to get young people thinking about how Jazz and other music genres are related to each other.  She played the bassoon when she was young, and still dabbles on the flute and clarinet.
