K1 - 8th Grade Art Teacher

Jose Santiago

Jose Santiago first fell in love with teaching through his mother. Growing up, Josue was always around kids and learning because his mother is a daycare teacher. From that moment, he knew he wanted to pursue teaching. Jose got his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. After graduating, he began to teach Media Foundations at a community center in Cambridge, MA. After a couple of years, he began working for the Cambridge Public Schools where he taught art and history for 3 years. Now, Josue is on a new journey at Conservatory Lab Charter School, where he is an Instructional Support Assistant. He is excited to be a part of such a great school, and looks forward to bringing all his talent to the Conservatory Lab crew.
