Leigh is so excited to join the CLCS team! A Georgia native, Leigh graduated with a BSEd in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a certificate in Disability Studies from the University of Georgia (go dawgs!). She then moved to Boston to earn a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northeastern University. After graduating, Leigh worked as a speech-language pathologist in an Early Intervention program and in the Malden Public Schools preschool program. In her free time, she can be found reading, hiking or traveling with her husband, or chasing her puppy, Ziggy.
“One goal that I would like to accomplish this year is to build strong rapport with my students and help them to understand what we are working on in speech therapy and why it will help them in their classroom and life.”
