Picture Day at the Upper School
On Thursday, students in Grades 2-8 were looking their best for Picture Day! Jennifer Connelly, a photographer who specializes in creating fun, outdoor school photos, spent the day in Dorchester Park where she was taking individual and full class portraits. Rather than following the conventional school portrait process where students are called one by one out of their classrooms and sat down in front of a backdrop with studio lighting, Jennifer calls a full class at a time out to the park where they spend time hanging out and taking photos together.
We think it’s important that the students have a fun, stress-free experience and feel good about their portraits. Thanks for making this happen, Jennifer!
