This year, the YMCA in Dorchester is providing an after-school program for Conservatory Lab students whose parents want them to participate.
Below, you will find all the information and forms for you to fill out and send back directly to the appropriate Y as soon as possible and PLEASE NO LATER than AUGUST 24th in order for the Y to plan accordingly.

The Y program will not begin until Wednesday, September 7th. So you need to make other arrangements for the afternoons of Wednesday, August 24th and Wednesday August 30th.
