K2 Performs Their Famous Play at Boston Children’s Museum

IMG_0462This Tuesday, our K2 Rockstars, led by David Cordes and Tess Plotkin, performed their beloved play “Are You My Instrument?” at the Boston Children’s Museum for the fourth year in a row! This year the role of “lost violist” was played by Eliza James.  She did a wonderful job, and the family chaperones and students enjoyed an hour of free time at the museum after the performance. This is the 5th year the K2 class has performed this play as a rite of passage, to prepare the students to choose their very first orchestra instruments. “Are You My Instrument?” is a parody of the well-loved children’s book Are You My Mother? by P.D. Eastman.
